LQ Packaging 853 4G – Tested with 1 x 1L bottle

This LQ 853 Fibreboard Box has been capability tested and is proven to meet Road, Air and Sea transport regulations.

This Fibreboard Box has been capability tested with 1 x 1L bottle (sold separately) and comes complete with a fibreboard stabiliser with a 102mm diameter hole suitable for 1 x 1L bottle.

LQ Outer Packaging- capability proven solution

Limited quantity packaging must consist of inner packaging packed inside suitable outer packaging. Although UN approved packaging is not required for LQ, the outer packaging needs to meet capability requirements set out in the relevant modes of transport regulations.

Here at Air Sea Containers we have done the testing for you, this LQ 853 packaging solution has been capability tested with 1 x 1L bottle and is compliant with Road, Air and Sea regulations.

This 853 LQ 4G box was capability tested with 1 x code 376 1L Amber glass bottle. The liquid used during testing was water.
The 853 LQ 4G Box is suitable for 1 x 1L bottles. When using your own 1L bottle it is recommended the user checks the bottle is equivalent to that used in the tests. If unsure contact Air Sea Containers for advice and ask about our capability testing services.
The fibreboard stabiliser has a hole to fit 1 x 1L bottle. The diameter of the hole in the stabiliser is 102mm.
The 853 LQ 4G Box meets construction requirements of 6.1.4 of the UN Model Regulations including Cobb tests. Additional Air regulation requirements of 1.2m Drop Tests and 3m Stack Tests have been passed. The liquid used during testing was water.
