Our Thermal Control Unit TC-33 can maintain temperatures below -20°C. Qualified temperatures of -20°C are achieved when used with dry ice. However our cool packs or gel packs can also be used for alternative temperature control requirements.
This Air Sea thermal control unit has a dry ice capacity of 27kg (Approx.)
Dry Ice Loss Rate: 134 grams per hour* – Loss Rates were calculated with a constant external ambient temperature of 30°C
Air Sea Containers also supplies a variety of UN Certified Packaging like our Infectious Substance range which can be used with these Thermal Control Over-Packs for the temperature control of infectious substances and diagnostic specimens.
*Dry Ice Loss Rates where shown are for guidance only. Results will vary in different environments.
