Hazard labels should be displayed on an outer packagings containing excepted quantities.
Excepted quantities are those that meet the excepted quantities provisions and are then not subjected to any other provisions, other than training requirements, classification procedures and packing group criterias, and packaging requirements of relevant modal regulations.
